Licensing Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, the standard license is granted to the original purchaser or subject for usage on personal or company websites, social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc), event presentations, and direct marketing materials. Book authors may use the images on the book’s inside jacket while additional licensing including third party transfer are negotiated separately. The images may not be used in any paid advertising or for third parties. These licenses are available upon request for an additional fee if needed. Any paid advertising or third party use must be negotiated separately. Please contact me for rates.

The copyright of all images is owned by Emily Merrill Photography, who may include them on her website and/or promotional material.

Rights are granted only after receipt of payment in full.
